A Local Branch Born From Word-of-Mouth

With more than twenty years of hands-on HVAC experience, Mr. Heng first built his reputation running busy Klang Valley service routes. The problem was that former clients who moved to the USJ grids and the SS neighbourhoods kept calling him back, frustrated by how hard it was to find an honest technician locally. In 2018 he officially launched AC Service Pro Subang Jaya to bring the same trusted standard of work directly to this community.

The business was born out of a simple frustration with industry norms, especially contractors who top up gas without fixing the underlying leak. Starting with just himself and a single service van navigating the busy streets of USJ, he set out to deliver honest diagnostics, transparent written pricing and commercial-grade cooling solutions to everyday homeowners. Word of mouth spread quickly through neighbourhood WhatsApp groups and Facebook community pages.

Today our roots are deeply embedded in Subang Jaya and Selangor. Whether we are servicing a terrace house in USJ, a student unit near Taylor's Lakeside Campus in SS15, or a shoplot near the Sunway Medical Centre, our goal is to keep neighbours comfortable year-round despite Malaysia's relentless heat and seasonal haze. We stay small enough to care but experienced enough to handle anything from a single 1.0HP bedroom unit to a full commercial cassette fit-out.
