A chemical wash (from RM160) is a full strip-down: we dismantle the indoor unit, soak the coil and blower wheel in an anti-mold solution, flush the drain pan, and reassemble. Every chemical wash also includes a refrigerant pressure check. For any unit older than 18 months or showing weak cooling, we recommend going straight to a chemical wash.
